Covid-19 information

The well-being, health and safety of our guests and our team are our top priority.  

At Camping Treumal we have as a priority objective the safety and well-being of our clients. It is for this reason that, given the situation generated by COVID-19, we have implemented the Protocols for Campings established by the Government and have applied all the specific signs to facilitate compliance with our clients and employees.     

 

Responsibility of all   

• Please keep the safety distance of 1.5 m and take extreme hygiene and cleaning measures to avoid Covid 19 infections.  
• If this distance cannot be maintained, a mask covering the nose and mouth should be used. The mask is always mandatory in interior spaces where there may be crowds.  
• Avoid greeting with physical contact, including shaking hands. The safety distance should be respected whenever possible.  
• Wash your hands often with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer or soap and water.  
• When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with your elbow flexed or with a tissue; Throw the tissue away immediately and wash your hands with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer or soap and water.  
• If a client has symptoms of Covid 19, this and ALL his family unit must remain in his parcel or accommodation and notify reception immediately. The symptoms are: fever, cough, feeling of shortness of breath and general discomfort.

 

Reception   

• The maximum capacity of the reception area is determined and the necessary measures are established to ensure the distance between clients and employees. 
• We have installed hydroalcoholic gel dispensers at the entrance of the reception. 
• Protective screens are installed at the reception counter to protect customers and workers. 
• Payment by card or other electronic means will be encouraged and the POS will be disinfected after each use in which there is contact. 
• The receptionist will use sanitizing gel between the attention to each guest and will disinfect the reception desk. 
• To minimize the time at the reception, the check-in and check-out processes will be streamlined, requesting prior information and informing the client of all the measures taken and how their stay will be.   

• The Mobile Homes will be cleaned and disinfected with approved virucides and adequate equipment to guarantee their total disinfection. 
• Ventilation of the accommodations. 
• The correct cleaning and disinfection of each accommodation before each stay, including all surfaces, door handles, kitchen utensils, etc. This will be done with approved disinfectants. 
• Laundry at 60ºC: Cleaning and disinfection products included in the list of virucides authorized by the Ministry of Health.   

• Installation of hydroalcoholic gel dispensers in the facilities and indicative signage for compliance with safety distances. 
• Please consult the menu in our QR codes both at the restaurant and at the Takeaway point (takeaway) · The frequency of cleaning doors and contact areas for guests and staff will be increased 
• New organization of tables and chairs in consumer centers, following the provisions of healthy social distance. 
• The restaurant / terrace and buffet tables will be sanitized between each use of the guest. · We provide disposable tablecloths and napkins and eliminate single-dose self-service items. 
• Payment by card or other electronic means will be encouraged and the POS will be disinfected after each use in which there is contact.

 Entertainment   

• The miniclub opens at Camping Treumal, which is not a closed space but an open space with tents. 
• The activities program is modified offering options that comply with the provisions of healthy social distance and capacity that guarantees it. 
• We will give priority to the use of individual material for each participant. 
• All the material used for daily and frequent entertainment activities will be disinfected with sanitizing solution. 
• Likewise, the campsite will offer activities and shows designed and planned so that it is possible to control the capacity and maintain the safety distance.

• We will carry out the usual continuous cleaning system and periodic disinfection. 
• We recommend the use of a mask when the safety distance of 1.5m cannot be maintained.

• Personal objects such as towels must be placed respecting the minimum safety distance of 1.5 m between family units.    

• Adequate PPE is provided after evaluating occupational risks. 
• All staff will undergo training on the new protocols implemented, safety and hygiene measures to ensure that they can take care of themselves and our guests. 
• A mask will be used when the workplace and the risk assessment so determine and whenever the interpersonal distance cannot be respected.   
• Objects for personal use (glasses, mobiles, etc.) will be disinfected frequently throughout the entire working day.
