1.- CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI PRENOTAZIONE
1 . 1 . - Informazioni prima della prenotazione
Le presenti Condizioni Generali di Prenotazione (di seguito Condizioni Generali) regolare il rapporto commerciale che si instaura tra SERVARAN SL e l'utente o il cliente per il contratto stipulato tramite i moduli che SERVARAN SL lo rende disponibile sul proprio sito web www.campingtreumal.com
Prenotazione tramite i siti web di SERVARAN SL significherà accettazione espressa, dal cliente o utente delle pagine, di queste condizioni, nonché le condizioni di utilizzo stabilite per la navigazione dell'utente attraverso le pagine di proprietà di SERVARAN SL. Si applicheranno queste condizioni ferma restando l'applicazione delle norme di legge sulla questione applicabile a ciascun caso.
Le Condizioni Generali di Contratto regolano il rapporto di vendita a distanza tra SERVARAN SL e l'utente o il cliente, in conformità con le disposizioni legali, in particolare, la Legge 7/1998, del 13 aprile, sulle Condizioni Generali di Contratto, Legge 3/2014, del 27 marzo, che modifica il testo consolidato della Legge Generale per la Difesa dei Consumatori e degli Utenti,Legge organica 3/2018, del 5 dicembre, sulla protezione dei dati personali e sulla garanzia dei diritti digitali, Regolamento Generale sulla Protezione dei Dati (UE) 679/2016, Legge 7/1996, del 15 gennaio, sulla Regolamentazione del Commercio al Dettaglio, e la Legge 34/2002 dell'11 luglio sui Servizi della Società dell'Informazione e del Commercio Elettronico.
SERVARAN SL si riserva il diritto di apportare le modifiche che riterrà opportune, senza preavviso, nelle Condizioni Generali. Dette modifiche potranno essere apportate, tramite i loro siti web, con qualsiasi forma ammissibile per leggee saranno obbligatori per tutto il tempo in cui saranno pubblicati sul web e fino a quando non saranno validamente modificati da altri quelli successivi. Tuttavia SERVARAN SL si riserva il diritto di applicare, in alcuni casi, Condizioni Contrattuali Specifiche preferibilmente alle presenti Condizioni Generali quando lo considererà opportuno, annunciandoli in tempo e forma opportuna.
Tutti i contenuti del sito web sono in Spagnolo, Catalano, Inglese, Francese, Tedesco, Italiano, Olandese e Danese.

SERVARAN SL informa che se il cliente non effettua la sua entrata in campeggio prima delle ore 12:00 del giorno successivo a quello previsto, perderà l'importo della caparra e i diritti da la prenotazione.
1 . 3 . - Prenotazioni minima di Mobil-homes i Stanza :
- Dal 23/03 fino 05/07 e dal 24/08 fino 30/09/2024. (2 notti) .
- Dal 06/07 fino 23/08/2024. Settimane intere (entrata o uscita Sabato o Domenica).
1 . 4 . - Prenotazioni minima di Studio :
- Dall 06/07 fino 23/08/2024. Settimane intere (entrata o uscita Sabato o Domenica).
Prenotazioni Camping: Inviaci un pagamento di acconto da 100 €.
Prenotazioni Alloggio: Inviaci un pagamento di acconto dal 25% del soggiorno totale.

23/03 al 24/05 e dal 09/09 al 30/09/2024.
25/05 al 14/06 e dal 31/08 al 08/09/2024.
15/06 al 05/07 e dal 24/08 al 30/08/2024.
06/07 al 19/07 e dal 17/08 al 23/08/2024.
20/07 al 16/08/2024.
2.- FUNZIONAMENTO DELLA RISERVA
2 . 1 . - Offerta di prenotazione e prezzo di riferimento

2 . 2 . - Indicazione dei prezzi
Each possible reservation offered will have its price indicated and if it includes VAT or any other tax that, if applicable, is applicable. When the price is different for the reason stated above SERVARAN SL will notify the client, via E-mail, before proceeding to collect the reservation.
2 . 3 .- Disponibilità
The availability of the offers offered by SERVARAN SL through its website may vary depending on customer demand. In this case, SERVARAN SL will send an E-mail to the client informing him of the impossibility of the availability of the offer.
2 . 4 . - Modalità di pagamento
SERVARAN SL requests in reservations through its website the data of a credit card, the holder of the reservation, to guarantee the effectiveness of the same. We remind you that the establishment does not charge your credit card when making this reservation. The card is used only as a guarantee. The establishment reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the client's arrival. 25% of the total stay will be paid in the case of rental accommodation, and 100 euros in the case of the plot reservation . The rest of the invoice corresponding to the reservation, will be paid directly at the establishment, either in cash, by credit card or in any other way accepted by the establishment.
2 . 5 . - Cancellazione della prenotazione
In SERVARAN SL hai diversi tipi di cancellazione :
- In caso di cancellazione o modifica fino a 14 giorni prima della data di arrivo, SERVARAN SL non verrà addebitato alcun costo .
- In caso di cancellazione o modifica fino a 7 giorni prima della data di arrivo, SERVARAN SL vi addebiterà il 50% dell anticipo di pagamento della prenotazione.
- In caso di cancellazione o modifica fino a 3 giorni prima della data di arrivo, SERVARAN SL cvi addebiterà il 80% dell anticipo di pagamento della prenotazione.
- Se annulli o modifichi dopo la scadenza o se non ti presenti SERVARAN SL vi addebiterà il 100% dell anticipo di pagamento della prenotazione.
- Cancellazione della prenotazione per Covid-19, viene restituito il 100% fino a 3 giorni prima della data di arrivo del cliente.
- Spese di cancellazione della prenotazione per conto del cliente.
2 . 6 . - Desistimiento

4.- LEGGE APPLICABILE E GIURISDIZIONE
Likewise, SERVARAN SL reserves the right to file civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and contents or for the breach of these conditions. The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by current regulations and applicable in the Spanish territory. Should any controversy arise, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard. SERVARAN SL is domiciled in BARCELONA, Spain.
